Hello and Happy New Year!

2017 was an incredible year for the Linda Knight Team!

We had the good fortune of helping over 200 families buy and sell homes in the area. Although we are super proud of that accomplishment, the number of sales in a year mean less to us as a team. For us, it means that 200 families put their faith, trust and loyalty in us. We got to know over 200 people. Listen to their stories. Share laughs (and sometimes tears) and we got to celebrate with them when we accomplished each person's real estate goal.

In addition to selling houses, we also took some time out to do some of the other fun things that we are passionate about. We had our find the mini contest, our giant Easter event, we helped a local school rebuild their yard after it was vandalized, we gave away free pumpkins, we helped local children less fortunate at Christmas and also held a successful toy drive just to name a few.

We are excited to see what adventures 2018 brings us!

I started Real Estate in 2008, (which by the way means this is my 10th year anniversary as a Realtor. Stay tuned for more on that...). In 2008 we were in the throes of a recession and I had just quit my great job to become a Realtor. For me, starting in tough times paved the way for my mindset regarding a good or bad market. I have learned not to base everything on what the media is saying and base it on how much my phone is ringing or how busy myself, my team and my colleagues are and what the prices of homes are selling for. My instincts haven't failed me yet.

Having said that, I can say that it appears that we are experiencing a very normal January in our area. There are lots of folks out there looking, many contemplating selling and my phone has been ringing quite a bit this week so the market is good and stable. I anticipate a strong spring market with value staying stable or going up slightly.

Hopefully, that gives a bit of insight as to where we are but we are always available should you have more questions.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone that not only supported us in 2017 but continue to support us, to refer us and take the time to post kind words about us. We read and cherish and also learn from everything that you say. It means so much to us that you are part of what we do and we are truly grateful.

Here is to a brilliant and fulfilling 2018!
